Cuisine
Japanese cuisine is traditionally identified, almost exclusively, with the typical raw fish dishes, such as:
Sushi (rice with vinegar topped with raw fish), Sashimi (slices of fresh raw fish) and Make (rice rolls with fish and vegetables)
accompanied by soy sauce. Few people know that this ancient culinary tradition, in reality, has many varieties of cooked foods,
for example: Tempura (prawns, fish and vegetables passed in a very fine dough for bignè and fritters), Tonkatsu (pan fried
breaded escalopes), Yakitori (chicken meat rolls and grilled vegetables).

There are many dishes prepared on our teppanyaki plate, this word, composed of teppan 'grill' and yaki
'grilled' and then literally 'grilled on the grill', describes a picturesque culinary mode, which
consists of cooking meat and vegetables, on a wide hot plate, directly in front of the customer and
includes a whole series of foods, which besides being tasty, are decidedly spectacular in their preparation.
The kitchen of Tokyo differs from the others by making use of a peculiar Asian Fusion approach,
an innovative trend that respects the fundamental rules of Japanese culinary art, bringing pleasant western influences.

We are therefore proud to offer you unique masterpieces of new style sashimi and sushi, signed by our Chefs.
